The Government of Ontario opened the Kingston HART Hub, replacing the last provincially funded drug injection site, in a $560M+ network serving 46,000+.

With Kingston's HART Hub now open, all 29 hubs are serving Ontario, expanding integrated addiction, mental health and housing supports and prioritizing safer public spaces for newcomers, students, workers, employers and families.
