The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) reached its full federal allocation of 21,500 nominations in 2024, with strong demand across all streams.
Nominations by stream:
- Human Capital Priorities – 6,330
- Skilled Trades – 4,101
- Masters Graduate – 3,810
- International Student – 3,283
- Foreign Worker – 2,731
- In-Demand Skills – 408
- PhD Graduate – 446
- French-Speaking Skilled Worker – 300
- Entrepreneur – 91
This shows Ontario’s ongoing demand for skilled workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs to fill labour market needs.
